Consent is recorded before the first call. They can stop the calls any time — just by saying so.
Safety first
Care Companion reminds and listens. It never diagnoses, never advises on medicines, and never guesses an answer it didn't hear clearly.
It won't suggest doses, timings or treatments. Questions like that go to the doctor — or to you.
If an answer is unclear it's marked “Not verified”. A connected call is never treated as a dose taken.
Saying “please stop calling” on a call is enough. The calls stop and you're told.
If they say they're unwell or need help, you're alerted immediately so you can call them.
